Eureka Furniture is seeking enthusiastic, sales-driven Casual Sales Consultants to join our team across the Gosford and Tuggerah showrooms. With over 39 years of experience in helping Australians create beautiful homes, Eureka Furniture is a proud, family-owned business with a growing network of showrooms.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be integral to a motivated team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving strong sales outcomes. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their style and requirements, and assisting them in furnishing their homes. This is a casual position operating on a 7-day roster, offering flexibility for individuals committed to sales.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design.
• An enjoyment of interacting with people and assisting customers in making confident purchase decisions.
• A sales-focused approach with experience in achieving various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable retail sales role.
• A positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with Pronto is highly regarded, though not essential.

Location: Gosford Work Type: Casual, Onsite Salary: $33 – $34.48 per hour plus Penalties and Commissions.
