Eureka Furniture is seeking enthusiastic, sales-driven Casual Sales Consultants for its Helensvale showroom. With over 40 years of experience assisting Australians in creating beautiful homes, Eureka Furniture is a family-owned business with showrooms across Australia and a commitment to growth.

About the Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will join a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving strong sales outcomes. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their style and needs, and assisting them in realising their ideal home through furniture selection. This is a casual position operating on a 7-day roster, offering flexibility for individuals committed to sales.

About You: The ideal candidate will possess:

• A genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design.
• A passion for customer interaction and empowering clients to make confident purchasing decisions.
• A sales-focused approach with a track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable retail sales role.
• A positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with Pronto is highly regarded but not essential.
