RS Rewards Supermarket is launching a novel retail and food hub and seeks engaged individuals with a customer-centric approach to join its expanding workforce. Positions are available for Casual Team Members across the Deli, Grocery, Checkout, and Dairy sections. Previous supermarket experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be supplied.

About the Position As a Casual Team Member, you will contribute significantly to an excellent shopping experience through amiable customer engagement, ensuring departments are attractively presented, and assisting with the store's daily functions.

Available Departments:

• Deli
• Grocery
• Checkout
• Dairy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a cheerful and optimistic demeanour.
• Restock inventory and maintain appealing product displays.
• Process customer purchases accurately using registers (Checkout).
• Prepare and serve fresh items while adhering to food safety protocols (Deli).
• Rotate stock and monitor the quality and freshness of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within work areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• A strong inclination towards customer service.
• Dependable, punctual, and presentable.
• A positive outlook and a readiness to acquire new skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting.
• Proficient communication and collaborative abilities.
• Adaptable availability, encompassing evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous supermarket or retail experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
