We are seeking a casual team member to join our Port Macquarie store.

The Role This is a distinct retail opportunity where you can actively contribute to supporting customers in reaching their health and fitness aspirations. You will have the opportunity to deliver unique customer service experiences, sharing your enthusiasm for health and wellness and helping customers achieve their best. You will engage with customers, understand their goals, and recommend suitable products. Building lasting customer relationships and becoming an active participant in the local fitness community are key aspects of this role. Maintaining store presentation, managing stock, and overseeing inventory are essential, recognising that a well-presented and efficiently run store enhances the customer experience.

About You You will possess experience in customer service and/or the fitness industry and are keen to join a dynamic and expanding brand. Additionally, you will:

• Be flexible and available to work across a 7-day roster.
• Demonstrate a passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing.
• Be reliable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Be eager to learn about sports supplements and provide advice that supports excellent customer results.
• Enjoy connecting with people and assisting every customer in achieving their personal best.
