Your Work Environment As a Client Advisor, you will be part of the Retail team at our new boutique in Chatswood Chase. Your role will involve delivering a personalised client experience, cultivating strong client relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will serve as an ambassador for CELINE, blending a professional, authentic, and positive approach with enthusiasm for our products and brand.

Your Impact

• Client:
• Provide exceptional client service in line with CELINE’s selling ceremony.
• Drive the growth of the local client network.
• Recruit and convert prospective clients.
• Build enduring client relationships by connecting with them, understanding their needs, offering advice, and ensuring a memorable experience beyond the sale, including follow-up.
• Capture and update all relevant client information using company tools to retain existing clients and identify new, high-potential clients.
• Maintain contact with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments, share collection information, and notify them of product arrivals to foster loyalty.

• Business:
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Achieve all sales associate KPIs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements.
• Focus on cross-selling and up-selling, demonstrating strong matchmaking skills across all product categories.

• Merchandise:
• Monitor physical inventory of merchandise and inform the manager regarding product replenishment.

• Visual Merchandise:
• Assist in maintaining visual standards under VM direction, adhering to CELINE’s visual standards.

• Store / Back Office:
• Utilise the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and proficiently.
• Participate in all inventory counts, cycle counts, and goods receptions.
• Ensure the functional maintenance of the store.
• Adhere to stock room guidelines.

• Team:
• Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.
• Act as the Training Ambassador for the team.

Keys for Success

• Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is required.
• Experience in the luxury/fashion business, particularly in clienteling, would be a plus.

• Competencies:
