About You – The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a confident and experienced leader ready for a dynamic journey.
You will bring:
- A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Centre Director position or 3-4 years in a 2IC role.
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
- Experience in growing enrolments and community engagement.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in developing relationships with families and the wider community.
- A current Working with Children's check and valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
