About You – The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a confident and experienced leader ready for a dynamic journey.

You will bring:

• A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Centre Director position or 3-4 years in a 2IC role.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• Experience in growing enrolments and community engagement.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in developing relationships with families and the wider community.
• A current Working with Children's check and valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
