About the Role

As a Checkout Operator, you will represent our store, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience and uphold high presentation standards at the front of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Process cash, EFTPOS, and credit card transactions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues courteously.
• Scan, pack, and handle groceries with care.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented checkout area.
• Replenish checkout displays and supplies as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Support other departments during peak times if required.

About You
