Family Life seeks a Clearance Store Manager for a full-time, onsite role, covering the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in opportunity shop or clearance-style retail. This role requires confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong communication skills, empathetic leadership, and the ability to foster a supportive and energising environment for staff and volunteers are essential. Understanding retail operations, proactively addressing challenges, and guiding a team to ensure everyone feels valued and successful are key.

This position requires an energetic individual capable of handling the physical demands associated with managing furniture, homewares, and high stock turnover within a large format clearance store.

High organisational skills and technological proficiency are also necessary, with a readiness to manage the operational aspects of the role. This includes proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS or CRM systems, and process streamlining to ensure smooth store operations, all approached with a calm and capable demeanour.
