What You Will Do Your primary contribution will be customer care within the store and throughout the customer journey. To support your success, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, aligned with our approach to client experience. You will care for our valued customers in-store and play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:
- Managing and executing omni channel services.
- Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle, attending to all details and providing a best-in-class client experience.
- Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
- Upholding administrative procedures and managing inventory.

- Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong customer relationships.

Specific Experience and Knowledge for This Role:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
- Fluent in English; bilingual Mandarin is preferred.
