Prada is seeking a Client Advisor for its Chadstone store, located in Chadstone. This is a contract, onsite position.

The PRADA Group is a global fashion entity, led by a prominent contemporary designer. The group operates ten stores across Australia and New Zealand, comprising eight Prada and two Miu Miu locations, all dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The PRADA Chadstone store is expanding and seeks a Client Advisor with a strong background in Men's or Women's fashion.

As a Client Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Being client-centric, fostering new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
• Managing all client expectations with a genuine yet professional attitude that aligns with the PRADA Group's DNA.
• Assisting with store operational activities.
• Proactively enhancing your product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling confident interaction with all clients.
• A sales-focused mindset and a creative approach to client attraction.
• A can-do attitude in all endeavours.
• A willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture and collaborate with peers.
• A genuine interest in the brand, an eye for fashion (particularly Menswear, with prior experience in Men's categories), trends, and competitor knowledge.
