About This Role

We are seeking full-time Client Advisors for our Sydney Westfield boutique, our inaugural store in Australia. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will contribute to the store's sales growth. This role involves engaging clients and cultivating their brand loyalty by communicating Loro Piana's values, and upholding customer service standards as defined by Loro Piana.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through the effective application of selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge, while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build enduring client relationships.
• Proactively identify and engage new clients, while also retaining and developing existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient stock and back-of-house management.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, the luxury industry, or a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail environment is essential.
• Possess a pleasant demeanour, self-motivation, and a collaborative team spirit with a "can do" attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays according to a rotating roster.
