Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration | PT - Double Bay
Connect Hearing is seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service and administration professional for our clinic located in Double Bay, NSW. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and assisting them in managing their hearing health. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The role operates on a consistent Monday to Friday roster, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are looking for an individual eager to grow with us and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments.
- Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
- Efficiently managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
- Accurately billing clients and processing various payment types.
- Learning and competently using a range of software and applications.
Requirements for Success:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or an administration role.
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
- Great communication and active listening skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
