We are a small, ambitious, and rapidly expanding company. We are establishing a new trainee position for an individual at the commencement of their career who is eager for training, development, and growth.

You will be supported by a formal traineeship, hands-on AI training, and real mentoring, with the aim of developing into a full Client Services Coordinator. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: With training and support, you will learn to:
- Assist in coordinating and tracking client work within our system (Karbon), ensuring progress, adherence to deadlines, and preventing oversight.
- Serve as a welcoming initial point of contact, handling and directing calls, emails, and client inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare and manage client correspondence and documentation, maintaining an organised filing system.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of our systems, including Karbon, Xero, and XPM, alongside associated AI tools.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support team organisation.
- Assist with ASIC and ATO administrative tasks as you acquire the necessary skills.
- Support accountants and the wider team to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to a positive client onboarding experience.
- Participate in process creation and improvement initiatives.
Your Future Development: As your skills develop, you will undertake responsibilities such as ATO and ASIC liaison, corporate secretarial duties (company reviews, incorporations, trusts), and managing specific aspects of the client experience as a Client Services Coordinator.

- No accounting experience is required; attitude, professionalism, personality, and potential are paramount. An interest in business or professional services is advantageous.
- Ideally located within a 30-minute commute to Chadstone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is preferable.
