LKM Recruitment is seeking a positive, adaptable, and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join a collaborative team where no two days are the same. As a primary point of contact for clients, you will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience from the initial interaction. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients by phone, understanding their needs, scheduling appointments, and providing support throughout their journey. Empathy and professionalism in communication are essential.
The Responsibilities:
Duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for clients via phone and email.
- Scheduling appointments and managing coordination of schedules.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Managing client information and maintaining precise records.
- Operating across multiple systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Providing general administration and coordination support.
- Assisting with reception duties during lunch cover, as may be required.
- Collaborating with the broader team to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service.
