Client Services Officer - Findex, Dalby
Findex is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Dalby. This full-time, onsite position requires a highly motivated individual ready to deliver excellent client service.
Your Role and Contribution:
- Undertake various administrative duties, including lodging tax returns, managing ATO correspondence, and preparing financial packages.
- Manage invoicing and Work In Progress (WIP), communicating effectively with advisors, partners, and corporate staff to ensure exceptional client service.
- Liaise with accountants, partners, and other staff to facilitate exceptional service delivery and support client request fulfilment.
- Provide relief reception duties.

- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.

- Experience in accounting administration is highly regarded.
