Kennedy Reid is seeking several Client Services Officers for a leading global financial services organisation. This role is a contract position based onsite in Perth WA, with an hourly rate of $45. The contract is initially for 6 months, with a high likelihood of permanent conversion thereafter.

This presents a significant opportunity to gain experience with high-profile Annual General Meeting (AGM) projects, contributing to communication coordination, timeline management, and delivering exceptional client service.

The Opportunity

As part of a supportive and experienced team, your duties will encompass:

• Coordinating the planning and execution of Annual General Meeting (AGM) projects.
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, primarily via email.
• Preparing, coordinating, and distributing bulk communications and meeting documentation.
• Assisting with project timelines, scheduling, and general administration.
• Supporting clients throughout the AGM process, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Assisting with event coordination and providing on-the-day support for meetings.
• Providing general administrative and project support as may be required.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will possess:

• Previous experience in administration, client services, project coordination, events, or a similar office-based role.
• Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.
• A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.

Experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with strong administration and coordination skills from various professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
