Nespresso transcends mere coffee sales; we craft experiences. We seek a passionate Coffee Expert to guide, motivate, and elevate the coffee journey within our Booragoon Boutique.

This is a full-time position, requiring 32 to 44 hours per week, operating on a rotating roster that includes alternate weekends and late-night trading. Keyholder responsibilities are included.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience daily.
• Share your expertise to foster a passion for coffee among your team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
• Oversee coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring each serving meets our high standards.
• Serve as the boutique’s coffee authority, enhancing team capabilities and promoting a learning culture.
• Contribute to daily operations, including opening and closing duties as a keyholder.
• Forge genuine customer connections through the infusion of passion, knowledge, and warmth into every interaction.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine enthusiast for coffee with a drive to inspire others.
• Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with prior exposure to training or leadership.
• Comfort in delivering workshops or coaching team members.
• A strong communicator adept at creating memorable customer experiences.
• A leader who exemplifies best practices, supports their team, and excels in a dynamic boutique environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, encompassing weekends and keyholder duties.
