About the Role
This position involves managing administrative tasks to provide support to Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Property Managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking Rent Reviews
- Managing Lease Renewals
- Processing Lease Transfers
- Issuing Invoices
- Following Up on Arrears
- Undertaking Regular Inspections
- Organising Maintenance Contractors
- Issuing Annual Outgoings Estimates and Reconciliations
- Organising and Conducting Inspections
- Auditing and Managing ESM
Initial and ongoing training will be provided. The work days are Monday to Friday, with flexible work arrangements available.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous real estate experience is preferred.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- An exposure to investing in commercial property would be highly sought after.
- Ability to prioritise work based on client requirements.
- Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and financial acumen.
- Must be focused, determined, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt as required.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Must be a forward planner with superior time management.
- Proficiency with computers and IT applications.
- Must be community-oriented with a strong social conscience.
- Current Agents Rep and Driver's Licence are essential for this role.
