We seek a highly organised administrator with an exceptional eye for detail to manage our reporting and compliance output, ensuring all client reports are accurate, complete, and correctly structured before dispatch.
About the Role
This is a critical role central to our service delivery. You will be the quality assurance point for our safety reports and the facilitator of daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and finalising rental safety reports (gas, electrical, smoke alarm, minimum standards).
- Reviewing trade reports for accuracy, completeness, and correct structure prior to client distribution.
- Ensuring all data is clean, consistent, and presented precisely as required, with no errors or omissions.
- Identifying issues and proactively proposing solutions and concerns.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments with renters, property owners, and our trades team.
- Managing incoming phone and email enquiries as a primary contact.
- Processing work orders, performing data entry, and undertaking general administrative tasks.
- Following up to ensure job and report completion and resolution of outstanding issues.
This role extends beyond basic data entry, requiring foresight, accountability, and the judgment to identify and address discrepancies.
What We're Looking For
This position requires an individual who can operate independently and take ownership. Reliability and the ability to manage tasks autonomously are key.
Essential attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail – this is the single most important quality for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A practical problem-solver who offers solutions.
- Calm, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management skills and a natural team player.
- Strong customer service skills and pride in delivering quality work.
Experience in real estate/property management, scheduling, or a trade-based industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Why Join RIC Safety Audits?
- A stable, full-time, long-term employment opportunity.
