The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) is seeking an experienced Administrator, Coordinator, or Executive Assistant to advance into a role encompassing research, project, and stakeholder management. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the HR profession.
Working within the HR Standards & Capability team, this role provides essential administrative and project coordination for AHRI’s research, content, and advisory panel activities. Your contributions will influence AHRI’s thought leadership and member engagement through research coordination, stakeholder liaison, meeting support, and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate advisory panel meetings, including the preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
- Support research activities, which may include project management, survey setup, data collation, and partner coordination.
- Provide administrative and project support for advocacy and content initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams, panel members, and external research partners.
About You:
This position is suited for an individual with robust administrative or coordination experience, ideally with prior exposure to HR, professional services, or research environments.
You will bring:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Strong written communication and minute-taking capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
- A collaborative, proactive, and professional approach.
- Experience supporting HR, research, or content teams will be highly regarded.
