Contract & Rates Advisor
WorkPac - Talent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for a Contract & Rates Advisor position based in West Perth. This is a 12-month contract role with a base salary of $85,000 plus superannuation. This is an onsite position.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong aptitude for managing contracts, pricing structures, and administrative processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, adept at managing competing priorities, and take satisfaction in delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines and service expectations. Key attributes for success include strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Site Managers and Business Managers to generate master and duplicate job orders.
- Ensure job orders within your portfolio are contractually accurate and relevant.
- Facilitate and assist with contract reviews and amendments as required.
- Identify significant client opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and auditing to verify contract adherence and compliance.
In this role, no two days will be the same. While it is a fast-paced environment, there is an emphasis on enjoyment and celebrating achievements through various means, including birthday and anniversary acknowledgements, community engagement, gala events, and social gatherings.
