Location: Artarmon Work Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with experience)
Quad Services, an Australian-owned provider of commercial cleaning and associated services since 1972, is seeking a Contracts Admin to join our Artarmon team. This office-based, full-time role is integral to supporting our contract administration processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client and operational information.
The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up new client accounts and job details within company systems.
- Assisting with maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Updating job costing files and assisting with budget setup activities.
- Processing and recording job terminations and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring and responding to contract-related enquiries from internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate contract documentation, including signed agreements and client records.
- Processing contract variations and updating relevant systems accordingly.
- Providing administrative support during the tendering and quotation process.
- Assisting with monthly reporting and job cost exports.
- Contributing to a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with company policies and WHS requirements.
Success in this role will stem from strong administrative skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in building positive working relationships across the business.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a contracts administration or similar role (desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- The ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly across Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- A current National Criminal History Check (issued within the last three months) or a willingness to obtain one before commencement.
