An established and reputable firm located in Canberra City South is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Manager to lead its conveyancing division. This position requires a highly organised professional with robust operational capabilities and significant experience managing high-volume conveyancing matters.
Your New Role
The Conveyancing Manager will be accountable for the effective coordination of all conveyancing operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, adherence to compliance standards, and the delivery of high-quality service. You will offer support and direction to the conveyancing team while fostering strong professional relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily workflow, delegate files, and ensure compliance with ACT legislation and internal procedures.
- Team Support: Provide guidance, assistance, and escalation support to conveyancers as needed.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong professional relationships and uphold service standards.
- High-Volume File Oversight: Monitor and progress a substantial caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process and Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
