How You Will Contribute:

• Prioritise customers by building genuine connections, styling with purpose, sharing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Utilise available resources to stay informed about the latest products and share this knowledge with customers.
• Support efficient store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Uphold Country Road Group values and collaborate with the store team to achieve results.
