Your Contributions Will Include:

• Prioritising customers by building genuine connections, offering informed styling advice, sharing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Utilising available resources to stay current with product offerings and share this knowledge with customers.
• Supporting efficient store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store's presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Upholding Country Road Group values and collaborating with the store team to achieve objectives.
