CSR/ Administration Assistant
SPS Property Services Group is seeking a highly organised CSR/Administration Assistant to join our team in Peakhurst. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $65,000 – $67,500 per year, plus an annual bonus.

The successful applicant will manage incoming calls and bookings, collaborating closely with the scheduling manager to secure leads and execute tasks that enhance customer experience. As the initial point of contact for the company, you must be well-spoken with an appropriate phone manner. You will report weekly to a manager and participate in team meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls.
- Following up on jobs.
- Following up on quotes.
- Assisting the dispatcher with scheduling and managing phone clients.
- Working towards achieving clear weekly goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving in daily tasks.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through post-job completion calls to existing clients.
- Conducting job completion checks.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- The ability to overcome and resolve objections over the phone is highly regarded.
On-the-job training, including company operational manuals, will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
