Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The Role
This position involves:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and providing specific product details.
- Arranging appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
- Assisting customers in understanding our range of hearing devices and accessories.
- Resolving customer concerns effectively to ensure each interaction is positive and memorable.
- Contributing to local marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and its services.
- Undertaking minor hearing aid repairs, with training provided.
What We Are Looking For
We seek candidates with:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in retail or allied health settings.
- Proficiency in computer use and the ability to manage various software, including CRM and appointment management systems.
- A keen eye for detail, a strong administrative foundation, and a collaborative approach.
- A positive, team-focused attitude, with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
Applicants must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered.
