The company is looking to hire a candidate currently employed within Australia’s financial markets. This role requires substantial experience in customer service and new business development, coupled with professional communication skills to deliver high-quality service and information to clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A relevant educational background, including a commerce degree.
• Two to three years of experience in business development, customer service, or a sales-related role within the Australian financial services industry.
• A solid understanding of and keen interest in financial markets.
• Competent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in client interactions.
• A detail-oriented approach.
• Experience utilising CRM and Email Marketing Tools.
• An understanding of social media and lead generation strategies.
• The ability to be a good team player.
• A willingness to learn.
• An excellent phone manner.
• A good temperament when dealing with clients over the phone.
