Customer Relationship Coordinator - Simonds Homes (Geelong)
Simonds Homes, a leading ASX-listed national builder with a history dating back to 1949, is seeking a full-time, onsite Customer Relationship Coordinator for its busy Geelong office. Simonds is dedicated to making the Great Australian Dream of home ownership accessible.
As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through their new home building journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Weekly client communication to provide progress updates.
- Managing pre-site administration for your client portfolio.
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings.
- Ensuring client files are accurately updated with notes and information.
- Liaising with banks and mortgage lenders regarding client finance approvals.
- Maintaining current knowledge of Simonds products and promotions.
- Communicating and liaising with other departments concerning file progress as needed.
Who You Are:
You will have proven administration experience, ideally within the residential building industry or a similar field. Essential to this role is experience in delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of internal and external customers.
You possess an adaptable communication style that allows for quick and easy rapport building and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While managing your own client portfolio, the ability to collaborate within a close-knit team is also vital. You can multitask and approach your work with flexibility and adaptability. High attention to detail, the capacity to meet deadlines, and demonstrated planning, organisational, and time management skills are desired.
To be successful, you will have:
- Knowledge or experience in the building and construction industry will be favoured.
- Experience in a customer-focused role with a focus on conflict and problem management.
- Framework experience will be favoured.
- Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role within a customer-focused, time-critical environment.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage various activities.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal-oriented environment.
