We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join our Preston team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in a modern office environment, operating Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage telephone and email inquiries.
• Perform data entry and maintain booking calendars.
• Arrange taxi bookings.
• Undertake other customer-facing or administrative duties as required by the site.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team member with strong customer service skills. You should be attentive, professional, and committed to providing customers with a positive repair experience. Good administrative and computer proficiency is expected, along with an enjoyment of working with people and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. While not essential, experience in a similar automotive industry role is highly regarded.
