About the Role At Repco, we aim to ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience, whether in-store, over the phone, or online. As a Customer Sales & Service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a constant safety focus to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues and customers.
• Delivering genuine service and creating memorable interactions with customers.
• Leveraging your customer service skills to contribute to positive sales outcomes.
• Upholding high standards for showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Processing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing.
• Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative member of the Repco team, contributing to a positive team culture.
