About the Opportunity:

Repco is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Emerald. The core objective of this role is to ensure every customer interaction, whether in-store, over the phone, or online, results in a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Sales & Service representative, your primary duties will include:

• Maintaining a strong safety focus to ensure your well-being, and that of colleagues and customers.
• Delivering genuine service and creating memorable moments for customers.
• Leveraging customer service skills to support positive sales outcomes.
• Upholding high standards for showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Managing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing.
• Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative member of the Repco team, contributing to a positive team culture.
