About the Role

Repco aims to provide every customer with an excellent in-person, phone, and online shopping experience. This role requires availability for a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

As a Retail Assistant focused on Customer Sales & Service, your primary duties will include:

• Prioritising safety for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
• Delivering genuine service and creating memorable customer interactions.
• Leveraging strong customer service skills to support positive sales outcomes.
• Maintaining high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Processing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing.
• Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative member of the Repco team, contributing to a positive team culture.

Please note: This role involves lifting, bending, and climbing. Applications are welcomed from individuals without prior industry experience.
