Customer Service & Administration Coordinator
Inspire Energy, a prominent solar installation company in NSW, is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Narellan. We provide renewable energy solutions for residential, commercial, and government-funded projects, aiming to reduce energy costs and environmental impact for communities.
This full-time, onsite position is suited for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people, excels in a fast-paced setting, and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The role involves supporting our Government Solar Program and general office administration.
About the Role
As the Customer Service & Administration Coordinator, you will be integral to ensuring a seamless experience for tenants involved in our solar installation program. You will serve as the primary contact for tenants, coordinating installations, collecting necessary documentation, and offering support throughout the process. This position offers flexibility in hours, suitable for someone with strong administration skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Respond to incoming phone calls and tenant inquiries.
- Contact tenants to explain the solar installation process and address questions.
- Follow up with tenants post-installation to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour in all customer interactions.
- Return phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Project Coordination
- Liaise with tenants to obtain electricity bills and required documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate solar installation appointments.
- Communicate appointment details and installation requirements to tenants.
- Collaborate with internal scheduling and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Inform tenants of appointment changes or project progress.
- Administration & Data Entry
- Prepare and maintain job packs and installation paperwork.
- Enter and update customer information in company systems.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Assist with reporting and project tracking.
- Ensure all compliance and customer records are correctly filed and maintained.
- General Office Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Help maintain organised office systems and processes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or office coordination.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy when working with customers.
- Experience in the solar, construction, or trades industry is desirable but not essential.

Salary: $29 – $38 per hour Work Type: Full-time Location: Narellan (Onsite)
