For over 50 years, we have established ourselves as a significant independent forklift and transport company, specialising in forklift rentals, equipment servicing, equipment sales, and machinery transport.
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Canning Vale team. The Role As the Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service team. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting both our Workshop and Field Service operations, alongside delivering exceptional service to our customers and technicians.
Working closely with the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians, managing inquiries, bookings, and service scheduling.
- Creating and managing service jobs and purchase orders using our operating system (full training will be provided).
- Assisting with the coordination of Field Service Technicians and subcontractors.
- Contacting customers to arrange upcoming servicing and schedule appointments.
- Maintaining the Service Agreements database and assisting with quotation preparation.
- Processing supplier invoices and liaising with suppliers regarding pricing.
- Preparing reports for customers and management.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service documentation is current.
- Assisting with general administration and business improvement initiatives as needed.
