Customer Service and Logistic Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)
NorthStone Talent Partners is seeking a Customer Service and Logistic Coordinator for a full-time, onsite position in Sydney NSW. This role is with a high-growth global logistics brand, backed by a publicly listed global logistics group, which is expanding rapidly in Australia. The salary on offer is $75,000 – $90,000 per year plus superannuation.

About the Role This coordination-focused position involves overseeing driver resourcing and scheduling for daily delivery operations, ensuring sufficient coverage to meet demand. It requires strong attention to detail, clear communication with drivers and internal teams, and the capacity to manage a dynamic workload within an operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily driver allocation and scheduling across delivery zones and shifts to meet operational demand.
- Monitor driver availability and proactively address resourcing gaps before they affect delivery outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for drivers throughout the day, relaying updates, priorities, and assignment changes.
- Maintain precise records of driver schedules, attendance, and daily deployment.
- Liaise with internal operations teams to align resourcing with delivery volumes and service requirements.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team as may be required.
About You
- Some experience in a logistics, transport, delivery, or e-commerce operations environment, in a coordination, dispatch, or operational support capacity is desired.
- Conversational to professional Mandarin proficiency alongside English is essential, as daily liaison with drivers and internal stakeholders involves Mandarin communication.
- You hold a current driver licence and possess a practical understanding of delivery operations and road networks.
- You are organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You are a reliable communicator who follows through on tasks and works effectively within a team.
