About the Opportunity
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role within the Customer Support and Delivery team. This position involves managing multiple customer brand projects from inception through to site delivery, including post-delivery support.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end administration of projects, from order processing to manufacturing scheduling based on client and operational needs.
- Regular communication with clients to provide project status updates.
- Coordination of project-specific product and material procurement.
- Analysis of data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Logging and actioning client feedback, providing resolutions within service response times.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Focusing on customer service and client experience.

Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-centric administration role, including scheduling, planning, and coordination of high-volume jobs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, efficiently prioritising tasks, maintaining accuracy, and meeting crucial deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in client negotiation and resolution, with a strategic problem-solving approach and quick thinking.
- Demonstrated strong customer service focus, ensuring client satisfaction through responsive interactions.
- A confident and collaborative personality, committed to teamwork.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience within the building and construction industry.
