- Provide product information, pricing details, and technical documentation.
- Support our Premier Dealers, BMDs, and reseller network with product enquiries, orders, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate dealer training, meetings, and communications.
- Follow up on orders, freight enquiries, and deliveries.
- Manage warranty claims, customer enquiries, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Maintain accurate customer, dealer, and product records.
- Assist with reporting, sales administration, and general business support.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by managing office supplies, staff amenities, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
- Take responsibility for the daily presentation of the office, including kitchen areas, restocking supplies, managing the dishwasher, tending to indoor plants, and maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.

- A proactive approach with the capacity to work independently and assume ownership of your responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A genuine willingness to support the team and contribute wherever needed.
- Experience within the building, construction, or manufacturing industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
