Customer Service/ Delivery Driver The Bottle-O Kurmond is seeking a casual Customer Service Worker/ Delivery Driver to join their team in Kurmond. This onsite role offers an hourly rate of $30 – $37, subject to experience.

This position involves being the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their needs and ensuring a positive store experience. A key component of the role is supporting the delivery service, ensuring orders are dispatched and received safely and promptly.

Key duties involve:

• Delivering excellent customer service within the store.
• Operating the point-of-sale system and managing cash and EFTPOS transactions.
• Undertaking store closing procedures and basic end-of-day tasks.
• Managing stock, including unpacking, rotating, and replenishing items.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Restocking shelves, cool rooms, and displays.
• Completing deliveries using a provided delivery vehicle.
• Performing other tasks as directed to support the team.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (essential for alcohol service).
• Possess a current NSW RSA and current RSAT (essential).
• Hold a full, current Australian driver's licence (essential).
• Be physically capable of performing regular, repetitive heavy lifting.
• Be able to safely lift items weighing 20-30kg as part of regular duties.
• Present professionally with a pleasant and outgoing demeanour.
• Demonstrate an ability to work independently and confidently, including when working alone.
• Have reliable personal transport for commuting to and from work, as public transport is not available.
• Be comfortable using technology, such as POS systems and basic apps/devices.

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not essential. The employer is willing to train individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Availability requirements include day, night, and weekend work on a rotating roster. A minimum of 10 hours per week is guaranteed, with flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
