Customer Service & Office Coordinator DIgiart Australia | Osborne Park | Full-time | Onsite Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
About Us DIgiart Australia, formerly Vinyl Wrapz, has been a prominent vehicle wrap and paint protection provider in Perth since 2015. Our services span full colour-change wraps, commercial fleets, and premium paint protection film. We have established our reputation on delivering quality workmanship and a superior customer experience. As we expand, we are seeking a competent individual to manage our front office operations.
About the Role This position is central to the business's operations. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, responsible for preparing quotes and ensuring the smooth progression of every job from initial inquiry through to final vehicle handover. This role demands a hands-on approach with significant autonomy. If you excel at maintaining organisation, managing quotes, conducting follow-ups, and overseeing daily operations, this role is well-suited for you.
This is not a junior administrative position. We require an individual capable of independently managing the office, generating quotes, actively pursuing leads to secure work, and taking full ownership of the role without direct supervision.

- Preparing quotes and estimates for customer projects.
- Following up with customers and prospective leads to convert inquiries into scheduled work.
- Coordinating job bookings and scheduling with the workshop team.
- Overseeing vehicle intake processes, including paperwork, condition documentation, and handover procedures.
- Processing invoices and managing payments.
- Maintaining the accuracy of the CRM system and customer records, and ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
- Acting as the central point of coordination between the workshop, customers, and the schedule.
About You
- Possesses experience in an administration, customer service, or coordination role, with a preference for experience within the trade, automotive, or service industries.
- Confident in preparing quotes and engaging in follow-up communications to secure business.
- Demonstrates a confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Able to effectively manage quoting, follow-ups, and a busy job schedule concurrently.
- Holds a current WA driver’s licence and is comfortable driving a variety of vehicles.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed.
- No prior vehicle wrap experience is required; industry training will be provided. Essential qualities include reliability, a positive attitude, and the capacity to take ownership of your role.
What We Offer
- Competitive remuneration for the role, commensurate with experience.
- A secure, long-term position within an established and growing business.
- Membership in a small, collaborative team where your contributions are valued.
- Located in Osborne Park, with working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
