About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the primary contact for our clientele, playing a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive journey from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a cordial and professional manner.
- Delivering precise and clear details regarding products, orders, and operational procedures.
- Accurately processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintaining and updating customer records within our established systems.
- Collaborating with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to address customer concerns.
- Providing assistance with general administrative duties as necessitated.
- Managing customer issues and complaints with a focus on resolution.
- Acquiring knowledge of our dye-sublimation products and processes to effectively support customers.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling where suitable.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or administration.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with a positive, proactive outlook.
- High level of attention to detail and foundational data entry skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a robust work ethic.
- Full authorisation to work in Australia.
- Availability to work 5 days per week during standard business hours (8:30 am–5:00 pm).
Desirable, but not essential:
- Prior experience in apparel, uniforms, printing, or dye-sublimation.
- Familiarity with CRM or order processing systems.
