Moore HR Partners is partnering with the Real Estate Institute of the Northern Territory (REINT) to recruit a Customer Service Officer. This role is for an individual who is proactive, driven, committed to high-quality customer service, enjoys a hands-on approach, and wants to make a difference.
About the Real Estate Institute of the Northern Territory (REINT) The REINT is the peak professional body for the NT real estate industry, with over 50 years of service supporting members through training, development, and access to market information. It guides industry professionals and stakeholders, advises government on property issues, and advocates for fairness, professionalism, and continuous improvement in industry standards.
About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support for REINT’s student and member services. Working with the Executive Coordinator, this position supports the organisation's day-to-day service delivery. You will be a key point of contact for students, handling support calls, onboarding calls, phone enquiries, and email communication. You will also assist with accurate reporting, documentation, and database management to ensure information is maintained correctly and service delivery is smooth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to students, members, and external stakeholders.
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, including student support and onboarding calls.
- Responding to emails in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
- Supporting student enquiries, follow-ups, and general administration.
- Maintaining accurate records across internal databases and CRM systems.
- Assisting with report documentation and general business administration.
Supportive onboarding and training are provided. This role offers the opportunity to build knowledge of the real estate training and membership industry, with potential for further development as the role evolves.
About You The successful candidate will be reliable, customer-focused, and confident communicating with a range of people via phone and email. You will possess strong attention to detail, a professional manner, and the ability to manage follow-up tasks in a timely and organised way. Previous customer service or administration experience will be highly regarded; however, no formal qualifications or real estate industry training are required. A willingness to learn, a positive approach, and a genuine interest in supporting students and members will be more important. The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with members, clients, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality, will be essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other related digital platforms will also support your success.
