Customer Service Representative
Toll People is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an onsite, full-time position in Winnellie. This role is initially a full-time ongoing casual position with a view to becoming permanent. The company is a large, respected trade warehouse.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with strong work ethics and a focus on workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via telephone, email, and in person, recommending products or services to meet their needs.
- Inform customers about new product ranges and services where applicable.
- Understand customer sales history and proactively identify requirements.
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes.
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong people skills.
- An outgoing, friendly telephone manner.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised in a small team.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Forward-thinking ability to think outside the box.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft CRM programs; Microsoft Dynamic 365 is highly desirable.
- Knowledge in the use of MS Teams.
- Industry knowledge or experience in a high-volume call centre environment is preferred but not essential.
