Customer Service Representative
Unique Building Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Head Office in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position.
You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction within the building and construction sector, contributing significantly to our company's reputation and success through effective communication and issue resolution.

About the Role: This is a critical role, serving as the primary point of contact at UBS. You will set customer expectations and shape their overall experience. Your responsibilities include guaranteeing customer satisfaction, fostering positive relationships with customers, trades, and insurer partners, and addressing issues professionally and effectively. This role demands empathy, attention to detail, flexibility, and responsiveness to meet key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting all visitors at Reception in a professional and friendly manner.
- Addressing all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate and timely information and a high level of customer service in person and on the phone.
- Acknowledging and escalating customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating to the relevant manager as required.
- Recording and maintaining accurate customer information, interactions, and transactions in NetSuite and insurer portals.
- Collecting feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and advising the relevant manager as required.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions and data.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assisting to set up the Boardroom for meetings and training.
- Providing administrative and claims support as required.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with staff members.
About You:
- No experience is necessary; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- You are a team player.
- You possess excellent attention to detail.
- You have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- You have the ability to record accurate notes in internal and external systems.
Requirements:
- 100 points of identification (Driver License or Passport).
- Current Clear National Police check.
