This part-time, onsite role offers a salary of $25 – $35 per hour.

About the Role

As a key team member, you will be a primary point of contact for customers, offering professional advice, processing sales, and ensuring each customer has a positive and memorable experience. This varied role encompasses customer service, sales support, and relationship building across our workwear, safety, industrial supplies, and corporate apparel divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for every customer, whether in-store, over the phone, or via email.
• Assist customers in identifying the most suitable products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Process retail and trade sales accurately through the point-of-sale and business management systems.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Build strong relationships with existing business customers while actively seeking opportunities to grow and develop new client accounts.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability and maximise sales opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns, product displays, and other sales initiatives.
• Contribute to inventory management activities, including stock control, stocktakes, and identifying opportunities to improve stock performance.
• Work collaboratively across all areas of the business, embracing our "One Store, One Team" culture and supporting colleagues when required.
• Assist in achieving individual, team, and store sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
