About the Role: As the initial point of contact for showroom visitors and trade customers, you will offer product advice, manage order processing, and provide support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist showroom and trade customers.
• Furnish product information and recommendations.
• Process sales orders and enquiries with accuracy.
• Handle customer service requests via phone and email.
• Contribute to product displays and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient order processing.
• Uphold elevated standards of customer experience.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail/showroom settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A confident and professional approach when interacting with customers.
• An interest in interiors, cabinetry, or building products is an advantage.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
• The capacity to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including order systems and email.
