We are seeking a dependable, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator. This is a dynamic position with significant responsibility, suited for someone who thrives on assisting others, resolving issues, and maintaining operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping a positive customer experience while managing warranty claims, customer inquiries, and daily support activities.
About You:

- Are comfortable with computers, systems, and managing multiple tasks.

- Experience in customer service, administration, eCommerce, or warranty processing is desirable, though not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
- Assisting customers with warranty claims and product support.
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers concerning warranty resolutions.
- Professionally and efficiently resolving customer issues.
- Following up with customers and providing ongoing updates.
- Supporting general administrative and customer service operations.
- Contributing to the team's effort to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
The Offer:
- $75,000–$85,000 base salary plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
