Customer Support Administrator
Conquest Recruitment Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Administrator for a full-time, hybrid role in Braeside. The salary offered is $70,000 - $75,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Role Responsibilities:
As part of a small office, you will experience variety in your daily duties and have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities. This diverse role encompasses customer service, administration, order processing, sales support, and logistics coordination. You will engage closely with local teams and overseas operations, providing exposure to a global business environment.
Your varied daily duties will include:
- Responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders accurately.
- Coordinating domestic and international freight in collaboration with warehouse teams and transport providers.
- Managing and building relationships with your customer base.
- Liaising with internal departments and overseas operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Providing administrative assistance to Sales Engineers.
- Contributing to process improvements and team initiatives.
- Managing complaints and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assisting with reception duties, including incoming calls and visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Experience managing high-volume enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- SAP experience (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite proficiency, including Teams.
- Experience coordinating freight, including domestic and international transport, would be an advantage.
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
Working Hours:
Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Location and Work Type:
This role is initially office-based for at least the first six months during training. Hybrid flexibility may be available longer term.
