Global Retail Brands is seeking a commercially minded Demand Planner to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. If you have a passion for data, forecasting, and contributing to business impact, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts by leveraging sales data, trends, and insights.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities, and influence business decisions accordingly.
• Optimise replenishment processes and validate order exceptions.
• Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and drive strong service levels.
• Ensure accuracy of data, reporting, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and business acumen.
• Ability to manage priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with planning systems such as JE, TRS, or Pronto.
