C&K Blackbutt Community Kindergarten is seeking a highly valued Director/Teacher to lead a secure, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for children, their families, and the broader community. This is a permanent part-time position, involving 7.5 hours of work every Thursday, Friday, and alternate Wednesdays. The role operates during school terms, allowing for holiday periods. A retention bonus of up to $9500.00 is available.

What You’ll Bring
Commitment to guiding children's early learning and development is key to success in this role. C&K strongly upholds its child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed, you will possess:
- An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification.
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A current Police Check.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework, and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
